To our youth specially the recently elected SK officials of the nine Barangays of our Municipality, here are some of the guidelines for your proposed programs and projects:

Hence the SK council as what I know is entitled to a ten percent (10%) Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) intended for a particular Barangay, SK officials are entrusted to spend the appropriated amount for SK development, projects and activities. Example of Programs, Projects and Activities are: Anti-Drugs campaign, Sports development, Clean & Green, Livelihood, Linggo ng Kabataan, Etc. The SK council specially the SK President have to give the details or brief descriptions of a certain projects, programs and activities. The period of implementation and the amount involve for a particular SK projects and activities are also important factors to be discussed and deliberated before its final approval.
