Pakbet - Sibale Style
Ingredients:
2 tayong
10 haba nak hantak
1 gayat(2 inches) kyabasa
4 okra
2 kamatis
taybos it kamote
1/3 tasa bagoong sauce (lungoy)
sibuyas
yud-a
Proseso:
butangan sa kuyon kag ginayat nak sibuyas, kamatis ag yud-a;
sunran kag tanang utan (gayatiy gihapon) pwera anay sa taybos,
sabwan kag bagoong sauce, butangan kag kuyon sa nagrarayab-rayab nak kyado sa sig-ang ag takyuban; unang kayarkar ay sil-ipa kung half cookedkiy kag utan, takyubi uli pag hilaw pa (mas masarap kung half cooked); mga 1 minuto uli tapos buksan ag ibutang kag taybos. takyubi 30 segundo yang ag haunon.
Sanruka sa mayukong ang i serbi. katamtaman sa 5-7 nak tawo.
Kaona habang mainit pa miskan waya suya, hitso ka paninghapon.
