Filipino: As he walk along the street, a call of nature prompted him to empty his bladder. He positioned himself facing a wall of a particular building and start to urinate.
American Police: He saw what is happening and he whistle, prrrrt! Hey, don't you know it's against the law!
Filipino: What sir, urinating on the wall?
American Police: Yes, absolutely!
Filipino: You are wrong sir, what I'm doing is not against the law it's against the wall!!!

Lesson: Be a law abiding citizens or tourists.
