Nice you’ve posted the Sibale Def officers. I have question/s though.
Have Sibale Def submitted to SEC an amendment for additional position of Business Manager/PRO? As far as I know, that position was not in the By-Laws when we registered Sibale Def with SEC. I remember during my term, we have relegated the PRO and spokesman position to VP External Affairs and the Business Manager to VP-Internal Affairs.
Just to remind Sibale Def that any change/s or amendment/s to the by-laws of Sibale Def must have the approval of SEC before the implementation.
I also noticed that the Board of Trustees has no newcomers. Maybe its time to invite and infuse fresh blood to the organization. How’s that?
